Tasty Tikka Masala [step-by-step]

Ingredients:
● 1 pound of boneless skinless chicken breasts
● Two chopped onions
● 1 cup yogurt
● Half a cup of tomato sauce
● 1 tbsp of minced garlic and ginger
● Sweet pepper or chili pepper
● Half of a squeezed lemon or lime
● 2 Tablespoon of spicy chicken tikka masala powder
● 4 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
● Salt(seasoning)
● 2 tbsp cornstarch
● Half a cup of water
Procedure:
(Step 1)Pour 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil into a frying pan and fry two whole chopped onions.(Step 2)Mince one tbsp garlic and ginger. (Step 3)Grind mixture of onions, garlic, and ginger in a food processor.(Step 4)Add 1 cup of yogurt, half a cup of tomato paste, and sweet peppers to the food processor and then mix again. (Step 5)Squeeze 1/2 a lemon on top of the mixture then puree everything together then set aside.(Step 6)Cut chicken breasts into medium chunks then fry Chicken with two tbsp of Extra virgin olive oil.(Step 7)Add 2 tbsp of chicken masala powder then season the chicken with salt.(Step 8)Pour prepared mixture over the chicken then let the chicken simmer for half an hour.(Step 9)Mix 2 tbsp of cornstarch with 1/2 a cup of water, then pour the solution over the chicken for thickness.(Step 10)Serve it with basmati rice or naan bread and enjoy!(Step 11- optional )Garnish with parsley or cilantro.
